Churchible People | A Smarter Way to Know and Care for Your Members

The People feature on Churchible helps pastors and ministry leaders easily view and manage everyone in their community. When you open the People tab, you see a clean list of all your members with their initials, names, and status at a glance. You can even search for a person or click the "+ Add" button to add someone new.

Details: Managing People’s Information

This tab is where you can view and manage the basic details about each member. You’ll see important info like their membership status, birthday, gender, contact number, and marital status. All of this helps you keep accurate records and quickly reference the essentials when reaching out or planning member-related actions.

Notes: Keep Track of What Matters

Need to remember a payer request? A counseling conversation? Or a special moment you want to follow up on? The Notes tab lets you add personalized notes for each member. These notes are private and are perfect for keeping track of the little things that matter most in pastoring and leading people well.

Tags: Organize with Purpose

Every person is unique, and with Tags, you can organize them by their traits, roles, or needs. Whether it’s “First Timer,” “Youth Leader,” or “New Believer,” tags help you group people so you can reach out or plan activities that fit their journey. It’s like giving every member a digital label that makes ministry more organized.

Giving: Understand Their Journey of Generosity

With the Giving tab, you can view an individual’s giving history. This helps you track how your members are engaging with the vision financially. Whether it’s for follow-up, gratitude, or accountability, this insight supports better stewardship and personalized care.

Chat: Stay Personally Connected

The Chat tab pulls in communication across channels like email, SMS, and social media (where available). This lets you keep conversations in one place and respond quickly. It’s especially helpful for leaders and teams who want to stay in touch with their members without jumping between apps.
