Is there a limit to the number of products I can add to my shop?

You are only limited based on the plan you have. For the Basic Plan, you are limited to 10 products, Pro Plan has a limit of 100 products. You have unlimited products on the Advanced Plan

How will I be notified when a new order is placed?

You’ll receive an email notification for each new order, along with all the necessary details to process it efficiently and keep your members updated.
